Do I have to download any software?

No! There is no software to download, People-Centric LMS is a hosted on-demand training system.


 

What are the minimum system requirements to use People-Centric LMS?

  • An Internet connection
  • Web browser: Javascript and Cookies enabled
    • Internet Explorer 7+
    • Firefox 2+
    • Safari on Mac 1.2+
    • Google Chrome
  • While not a requirement People-Centric LMS is best viewed using a minimum screen resolution of 1024×768

 

I can’t login?

If you have your password right and you cant login you most likely do not have Javascript and Cookies enabled in your browser. These are required by People-Centric LMS to operate effectively.


Do you provide phone support?

Yes. Phone support is available. However we do prefer to manage support requests by email as it allows us to more efficiently track all issues. We aim to acknowledge all support requests within 48 hours and resolve critical issues within 24 hours.


 

Are my training modules, user profiles, test results etc safe and secure?

Yes. All People-Centric LMS accounts are password protected and when your online using People-Centric LMS you’re protected by a SSL (HTTPS) secure connection. Our core database and servers are hosted in a world class data center and managed by Godaddy.com.


 

Are my training courses backed up regularly?

Yes. People-Centric LMS has a contract with our service provider Godaddy.com to provide daily offsite backups.


 

Where are the People-Centric LMS servers located?

The People-Centric LMS servers are hosted and professionally managed by Godaddy.com.
